CALLING PACKAGE PLANS

Front Office Staff-Reno’s virtual receptionist service operates on a month-to-month basis and is intended exclusively for standard business purposes. These packages are designed primarily for live voice communication between two individual parties per call path or channel.

Our calling plans are tailored to align with each client’s specific needs, considering:

  • Historical telecommunications usage
  • Billing information from the client’s previous service provider
  • Initial consultation and engagement with Front Office Staff to determine the best service package

BILLING POLICY

  • Invoices are generated at the beginning of each month for the previous month’s usage.
  • Payment is due within 30 days of the invoice date.
  • Accepted payment methods: Credit Card, ACH, or Check (via mail).

To update your payment method, please request a Payment Authorization Form by contacting accounting@fosreno.com.

Late Payments & Service Suspension:
  • Payments are applied to the oldest outstanding invoice first.
  • Accounts with three or more outstanding invoices may be subject to service suspension until full payment is received.
  • If your business encounters financial difficulties, please contact us promptly to discuss possible solutions.
Billing Adjustments:
  • If your call volume exceeds your current package, we will adjust your billing to the next tier if it is more cost-effective for you.
  • Prices and offers are subject to change with 30-day notice.

UNLIMITED CALLING PLANS

Front Office Staff-Reno offers “Unlimited” calling plans for standard business use, designed for live voice communication between two individual parties per call path or channel.

Pricing is based on:

  • Your business profile and anticipated call volume
  • Review of your current calls and additional service needs
Quarterly Price Review:
  • The price is locked in for three months after service begins.
  • After this period, pricing may be adjusted if actual usage significantly differs from the initial estimate.
  • You can lock in a fixed price for 6 or 12 months, but you may cancel at any time with 30-day written notice.

If excessive usage impacts on our ability to maintain service quality, we will provide 30-day notice before making any necessary adjustments, including service suspension or termination.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Services are month-to-month and require a 30-day written notice for cancellation.
  • After submitting your cancellation request, you will be invoiced only for usage during the notice period.
  • If calls continue to be answered beyond the 30-day notice period, additional charges may apply.

By using Front Office Staff-Reno’s services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this agreement.
