Rena Zatica – VP of Sales & Marketing

With 20 years sales experience at Raley’s Super Stores and Frito-Lay, Rena Zatica left the corporate world to pursue her two passions: cooking and customer service. A people-person with a mind for business, she opened a restaurant in Sacramento, CA with her mother as assistant and father as delivery man. The experience of owning and operating a new restaurant helped Rena hone her skills in marketing, sales and customer service. This successful adventure fulfilled her dreams, yet came to an end due to family illness. To help care for her mother, Rena sold the business and spent the next few years helping her father and sister with family affairs.

After the passing of her mother, Rena moved to Reno, NV to be with her family, of Basque descent, and to develop a new career with the intent on having a family-owned business once again. Her entrepreneurial spirit, along with a love of her family and its history, propelled her to invest her knowledge, time and passion into building Front Office Staff-Reno with her sister. It is Rena’s hope to inspire future generations to dream big and pursue business or personal dreams in the face of any adversity.

Loretta Bonilla – VP of Operations

The dedication and passion Loretta brings to Front Office Staff-Reno is rooted in a life-long philosophy of professionalism and grass-roots efforts towards achieving success. With a work history full of meaningful leadership roles that span corporate advertising and sales to non-profit advocacy groups, Loretta has developed a keen sense of work ethics that are the foundation of Front Office Staff.

A native of Winnemucca, NV, as a young adult Loretta relocated to Sacramento, CA and completed her education at Sacramento City College. After graduating, Loretta accepted a position in Raley’s Coop Advertising Department for Fine Foods. Loretta’s thirteen-year career in the corporate world gave her an understanding of the business models for small- to mid-sized companies and the hard work they require to succeed.

Loretta ‘s career went on the backburner when she took on the challenging but rewarding task of raising a family. Not one to stay still, within ten years Loretta was shaking things up by working with educational institutions, non-profit agencies, advocacy organizations, faith-based groups and community coalitions in the West Sacramento area. Her life passion of working with at-risk youth was realized when she became a key participant in the fundraising and development of Collings West Sacramento Teen Center, a safe, drug and alcohol-free after-school haven for teens.

After the completion and success of the Teen Center, Loretta decided to join her extended family in Reno, Nevada and pursue a new business venture. Combining her work experience with her sister’s, the dream of developing a successful family-owned company came to fruition in 2008 when Front Office Staff-Reno opened for business.
